20:9. তারা বলেছিল, ‘যদি কোনদিন কোনো বিপদ আমাদের কাছে আসে- তরবারি, শাস্তি, রোগসমূহ অথবা দুর্ভিক্ষ, আমরা এসে এই মন্দিরের সামনে, প্রভু তোমার সন্মুখে দাঁড়াব| যেহেতু তোমার নাম রযেছে এই মন্দিরে, বিপদের সমযে আমরা চিত্কার করে তোমাকেই ডাকবো আর তখন তুমি আমাদের ডাক শুনবে এবং আমাদের উদ্ধার করবে|’

20:9. 'If disaster comes on us in the form of military attack, judgment, plague, or famine, we will stand in front of this temple before you, for you are present in this temple. We will cry out to you for help in our distress, so that you will hear and deliver us.'
